It has an easy-to-use sticky carrier, which makes weeding and re-positioning a snap. It has actual polyester glitter flakes encased in a high quality heat sealing adhesive. Allows you to create with endless design possibilities.

The neon colors all have an opaque backing, making them opaque.

Acceptable Fabrics - Cotton, Uncoated Polyester, Fabric Blends, Wool, Linen.  No Nylon.

Can be sublimated onto.

Not recommended for bottom layer material.
