SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Orders typically take between 1 and 2 business days to process and ship from our facility. Saturday and Sunday are NOT Business Days. All orders received after office hours will be processed the following business day. Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping provider (USPS or UPS) it’s usually an additional 1-3 days depending on your distance from our location. All orders are shipped from Lisle, Illinois 60532.

General Shipping Information

  • We ship via USPS and UPS. 
  • All FREE SHIPPING and FLAT RATE shipping orders will be shipped via the most economical carrier at the discretion of Color Craft Vinyl (typically USPS). 
  • We ship to the 48 Contiguous United States (we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally)
  • Tracking Numbers will be provided for every order.
  • Transit Times are in addition to the 1-3 Business Day processing time.
Shipping Costs
 
In order to provide the most affordable shipping rates we offer tiered flat rate shipping based on final order weight, in addition to Free Shipping if you spend $49 or more. (after any applicable discounts/coupons)
 
The tiered shipping rates will automatically populate in your cart / checkout based on the following criteria:
 
$3.95  =  0 - 15.99 ounces
$6.95  =  1 lb. - 5 lbs.
$9.95  =  5 lbs - 35 lbs.
 
For the occasional order that exceeds 35 lbs and does not also meet the Free Shipping requirements, only carrier rate options via UPS will be present in cart and at checkout.
 
Please note, all product weights in store are displayed in ounces (1 lb = 16 ounces).
 

IN-STORE PICK UP

In-store pick up is a great option for our local customers. Please be advised, you will be required to supply ID and sign for your order upon pick up. See below for more details.

When will my order be ready to pick up?

Orders typically take between 1-2 hours to fulfill. Most materials are cut to order, therefore, larger variety and larger quantity orders take longer to fulfill. You will receive email updates regarding the status of your pick up order. Once you receive the "Awaiting Pickup" status change, that means your order is ready and waiting to be picked up. 

Why do I need to bring my ID to pick up my material?

In order to protect our customers and combat fraudulent activity, we require a valid government issued photo ID be presented in order to pick up any order placed online. If you need to send someone else to pick up the order, please contact us or add order notes to provide that person's full legal name, and that individual will need to present their valid government issued ID to pick up the order on your behalf. 

Valid IDs must have a photograph and must not be expired. We reserve the right to take a copy of presented IDs and/or refuse the pick up if all necessary conditions are not met.

Acceptable government issued IDs:

  • State Issued driver's licence/ID card
  • U.S. Passport
  • U.S. Military ID

RETURNS

 
Returns and refunds will be accepted at the discretion of Color Craft Vinyl. All original packaging must be included and material must be in new, un-used, 100% resellable condition with original packaging. Special orders cannot be returned.
 
Authorized returns will be credited back in the form of a house/store credit, which can be used on future purchases. We will only refund the original form of payment in select and rare special circumstances. Additionally, authorized return purchases using a gift card/certificates will only be given in-store credit. No cash refunds.
 
Return Shipping

Please note, if you are unsatisfied with your order, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You must call to receive a return authorization number (RMA). Any returns shipped to us without an RMA will not be refunded. With the exception of defective product returns, returns will be refunded the original purchase price minus the return shipping fees. All return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of shipment. Merchandise must be in 100% resalable condition, and must include original packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories, otherwise it will be subject to a 10-25% restocking fee.

Damaged Items

To file a claim please contact us at ccvadmin@signoutletstore.com. or by calling 800-315-9676. Please take pictures of all damaged materials. All claims are subject to approval by Color Craft Vinyl. 

Defective Material

If you believe you have received defective material please contact us to troubleshoot your issues and request an RMA. The return of all defective material will be subject to dealer inspection and possible testing before a credit will be issued to the customer.
