The Siser North America division is proud to release products that simplify any printing process. Company goals include providing the best decoration resources with high quality and low learning curves.

What Is Siser EasySubli?

EasySubli is a matte heat transfer vinyl that allows for simple sublimation processes. It works very well with sublimation inks and colored polyester. Many sublimation vinyls only use white polyester for apparel, so Siser EasySubli allows you to work even better. It has a low application temperature of 311 degrees Fahrenheit, making it ideal for any heat-sensitive fabrics.

While EasySubli costs more than standard sublimation paper. It has a higher print quality, making it great for complex designs. It can handle light and dark fabrics, increasing your versatility.

How does EasySubli Material Work?

We recommend pairing EasySubli with Siser EasySubli Ink from the Sawgrass company. A designer uses this material with a sublimation printer. The vinyl is iron-on, which can work with a heat press machine or a home iron. We recommend using a device for optimal temperature and pressure control.

Before applying your blade, conduct test cuts with your knives and machine cutters. Aim for a degree of 45 or 60 degrees.

Tips For Working With EasySubli Heat Transfer Vinyl

Do not use EasySubli with sublimated polyester. We recommend sticking with regular polyester blends and cotton for optimal results. Preheat the garment for 2-3 seconds at 310 degrees Fahrenheit.

You can print your design without any mirroring. Place the vinyl into the printer with the rough side down. While you can weed by hand, working with a machine will help with saving time. Silhouette Studio is one option, though a compatible sublimation printer and the cutter will also conduct itself beautifully.

Before applying heat, cover the vinyl with a transfer sheet or multipurpose paper. We recommend this step, especially if the garment is heat-sensitive. Apply pressure for 10-15 seconds and then peel the EasySubli while it is still hot.

Do not dry-clean any of the apparel. Run it on a standard tumble-dryer setting. You should wait 24 hours before laundering the garments in cold water with a mild detergent and no fabric softener.
